Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs;
- Support in preparing communication materials such as posters, email drafts, and presentation decks;
- Manage participant lists, registrations, attendance, and event feedback;
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal secretariats on logistics and administrative tasks;
- Provide on-site support during programs (ushering, registration counters, activity coordination);
- Assist in documenting events through photo/video collation, reports, and records management;
- Conduct simple research and benchmarking on employee engagement practices and trends; and
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.) to support the department.
Qualifications/Courses/Studies Background
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology (Industrial / Organizational, Counseling, or related fields) / Business Administration / Management / Communications / Public Relations / Media Studies / Event Management or related disciplines;
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic Canva or design skills are an added advantage;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask;
- Demonstrates creativity, teamwork, and initiative; and
- Passionate about employee engagement, HR, or event management.
