Roles and Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
- Help analyse gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
- Participate in requirement review sessions and workshops.
System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Assist in creating SIT test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Execute SIT test cases and document test results.
- Identify, log and track defects using Azure DevOps tool.
- Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.
- Support regression testing and ensure system stability.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for requirements and test artifacts.
- Prepare basic reports on test progress, defects and issues.
- Ensure proper version control and traceability between requirements and test cases.
Job Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science Business Administration / Business Analytics Software Engineering or related fields
- Candidates should be in their final semester of study.
Skills & Competencies ·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice-to-Have ·
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge · Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio)
