Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate contract hiring activities, including issuing LOAs, tracking background checks, managing onboarding schedules, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Organize and coordinate interview sessions, including scheduling, follow-ups, and providing updates to stakeholders.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare and provide staff-related reports and lists upon request (e.g., billing information, IT staff lists, seating arrangements).
- Support discussions on contract agreement alignment across multiple agencies and internal departments.
3. Engagement, Events & Wellness Activities
- Oversee and support collaboration projects across departments within Etiqa.
- Design posters of engagement activities initiated by Tech Engage.
4. General Administrative & Cross-Departmental Support
- Coordinate with IT, Human Capital, Finance, and external agencies on various operational matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to support smooth departmental operations.
