Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Event Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing and event team in producing engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and digital platforms. The intern will assist in designing event materials, social media creatives, branding assets, and promotional visuals.
Responsibilities
Design event related materials such as:
- Posters
- Buntings & banners
- Social media posts
- Event backdrops
- EDMs & invitations
- Presentation slides
- Merchandise mockups
- Assist in creating visual concepts and branding for events and campaigns.
- Support the marketing and event team during event preparations.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro is a bonus).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for events, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics or animation knowledge.
- Experience managing social media content.
