Intern / Graduate Trainee – Special Projects (Referral-Led Recruitment)

Role Objective

We are hiring an Intern / Graduate Trainee to support special projects that strengthen our referral-led business model and help define a new category of executive and specialist search.

This role offers direct exposure to founder-level decision-making, startup experimentation, and cross-functional problem-solving. Over time, the role can evolve into a Special Projects or Strategy role.

Key Responsibilities

The role spans strategy, execution, and experimentation:

Business & Growth Initiatives

• Support the development of our referral-led recruitment framework
• Assist in designing and running pilot projects to test new ideas, tools, and workflows
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support business decisions

Brand & Market Presence

• Manage social media and content initiatives, primarily on LinkedIn
• Assist in testing messaging, positioning, and community-building ideas

Operations & Special Projects

• Work on cross-functional projects across recruitment, operations, and systems
• Support process improvement and documentation as the firm scales
• Collaborate closely with the Malaysia team and the founder

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in any discipline
• Strong curiosity and interest in startups, business building, or consulting
• Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Comfort operating in an environment with limited precedent
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly
