Key Responsibilities
The internship program provides excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in creating digital assets, such as department banners, posters, social media posts, infographics, and website visuals that are related to Integrity & Governance Department functions.
- Responsible in updating and uploading the departments web content and ensuring the contents are up to date, relevant, and aligned with the department mission;
- Supporting in creating visually impactful creative visuals for internal and external communication blasts, including event posters, campaigns, and promotional materials both digital and print media;
- Assist the team in miscellaneous tasks, including organizing meetings, research for design inspiration and able to convey message related to integrity;
- Have good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Possessed a high level of integrity (dependable, honest, trustworthy); and
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications/Courses/Studies Background
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Designs, Communications, or a related field with a minimum current CGPA of 3.2/4.0.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, and digital communication tools
- Familiarity with graphic design, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut) is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
