About the Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Human Resources and Strategy functions. This role offers exposure to people management, organizational development, and strategic planning within a dynamic automotive dealership environment. You'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to projects that shape the dealership's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist with recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Strategy & Business Development
- Conduct market and competitor research to support dealership growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
- Support strategic projects across sales, service, and marketing functions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, sales, and service teams to align people initiatives with business goals.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Interest in HR practices and strategic business planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
