Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the HRIT team in daily Workday system operations related to HR modules
- Assist in monitoring and managing Workday HR system support ticket raised by users
- Help perform initial checks and basic troubleshooting for Workday HR system
- Support basic system administrative tasks when required
- Assist in system testing for bug fixes, system enhancements and upgrade
- Prepare and document test cases and test results
- Asist in data validation and ensure accuracy of HR data in the system
- Support preparation of HRIT documentation such as user guides, process flows and SOPs
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to follow up on system issues or requests
- Perform other operational, initiatives, administrative tasks assigned by the HRIT team
- Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
Experience
- Basic understanding of HR processes or HR systems is an added advantage
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with system and data accurately
- Strong willingness to learn and support operational tasks
Soft skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Consistent and proactive in system support operations and deliverables
