What You Will Do
- Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation and provide support for offboarding process.
- Expatriate Management Assistance: Provide administrative support for expatriate employees, including visa processing, relocation assistance, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Policy and Benefits Administration: Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and employee benefits programs. Respond to employee inquiries related to policies and benefits.
- Total Rewards Support: Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Employee Relations Assistance: Assist People Business Partner in addressing basic employee relations inquiries and concerns. Participate in the preparation of documentation for employee relations matters.
- People Procedures and Work Regulation Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with local people procedures and work regulations in Malaysia.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with basic Malaysian employment laws and HR practices would be an advantage.
- Internship duration at least 6 months.
