Job Description

Working Location: Wisma Genting, Jalan Sultan Ismail

Responsibilities:

  • Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and assisting with new hire documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and general HR matters.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and well-being programs, such as festive celebrations and internal events.
  • Coordinate internal training activities, including liaising with training providers and managing logistics.
  • Support payroll processes through basic payroll calculations and manage medical-related arrangements.
  • Oversee social media platforms by designing visually compelling and engaging posters to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage well with employees across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks.
  • Commencement date from August and September 2026 onwards.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Allowance: RM 1,500 per month
