KBS is now on a venture to look for its next-gen leaders by opening the doors through the internship program.

What will you be doing

• Process scope includes the following P&C process areas: Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance & Reward, Learning and Development, to be delivered in a timely manner.

• Supporting system transactions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders.

• Handle data management and reporting.

• Driving continuous improvements in enhancing specific areas.

Are you the one

• Humble, receptive, agile, and most importantly, eager to learn.

• Focused, quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, and committed.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or any field with a strong career interest.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel) and understands how to use formulas to automate workbooks.

• Detail-oriented go-getters who are seeking 6 months of internship experience.
