About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical RAG Evaluation Tester Intern to support our AI evaluation and documentation review processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI responses by comparing them with source documents, knowledge bases, or reference texts.
- Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated content.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI outputs and system accuracy. Review English documentation, datasets, and content for clarity and context.
- Work with Excel or Microsoft Office documents to track testing results and report findings.
- Run simple Python scripts when needed (no coding skills required; training will be provided).
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvements in RAG model evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and comprehend English texts to evaluate AI responses based on context.
- Clear and concise writing skills to document findings and explain inconsistencies.
- High attention to detail when reviewing and validating written content.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic familiarity with running simple Python scripts is an advantage (no programming or development skill required).
