About the Role

You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including claims processing, data reinsurance support, operation support and policy owner services. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Reinsurance Support:

  • Support reinsurance administration by following up with local insurers monthly for settlement and performing data reconciliation and clarification

  • Assist in preparing MNC portfolio results

  • Support reinsurance quotation process by validating data from local reinsurers and submitting data to reinsurers

Claims Processing:

  • Support claims intake and documentation validation.

  • Assist in tracking claim statuses and updating internal systems.

  • Collaborate with claims analysts to ensure timely processing.

Operations Support:

  • Provide administrative support for Skills & Development training programs and planning

  • Update process documentation and presentation materials for departmental use

  • Assist in mapping Regional Service Centre work processes for migration to Promapp

Policy Owner Services:

  • Assist in processing policy changes, updates, and cancellations.

  • Help manage customer correspondence and service requests.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of bachelor's degree in Science, Social Science, Business Management, Administration or any related program

  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English

  • Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage.

  • Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent

  • Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above

  • Compulsory internship placements by university

  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya
