Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining system documentation, including SOPs, userguides, and process flows.
• Supportthe team in managing incident and service request tickets (logging,tracking, and follow-ups).
• Performbasic troubleshooting and initial analysis for reported issues.
• Coordinatewith team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Assistin SIT and UAT related to Branch Teller System and mobile application.
• Supportdaily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensureproper documentation and closure of all assigned tickets.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or any related field.
• Java, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL
