Job Summary
Main Responsibility
POLM
BAU/Project SIT/UAT Support
- L1 support and Coordinating SIT/UAT POLM testing and simple test case execution
- handle minor POLM change (if knowledge applicable)
- POLM SIT/UAT daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly batch run execution and test monitoring
- Escalate to L2 POLM Support for any error(s)/issue(s) reported during testing
- Assisting in SIT/UAT table setup and testing
- Assisting in POLM documentation
Formstrape
- L1 support on Dev/UAT/Prod daily printing health check and error dashboard monitoring
- Simple printing template configuration and design
- L1 coordination & support on printing testing
- escalation to L2 support for any test failure(s)
- Assisting & executing in SIT/UAT printing test case
- Assisting in FormStrape documentation
Qualification and Experience Requirement
Compliance (this is compulsory section)
Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures.
Information Security (IS):
Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.
Data Privacy:
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and procedures implemented by the Company at all times.
