Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to focus on specific departments based on your field of study and interests. We are actively looking for interns in the following areas:

Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical and automation systems.
  • Support PLC programming, HMI configuration, and control system troubleshooting.
  • Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
  • Assist in preparing electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Support preventive maintenance and system diagnostics.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality.
  • Provide support for engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Internal Audit

  • Assist in performing internal audit engagements, including operational, financial, and compliance audits.
  • Support the evaluation of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and document business processes.
  • Assist in testing transactions and verifying supporting documentation.
  • Help prepare audit workpapers, findings, and draft reports.
  • Participate in risk assessments and audit planning activities.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or control gaps.
  • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Internal Audit team.

Accounting and Finance

  • Assist in preparing and recording journal entries.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Participate in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Support audit preparation and provide required documentation.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Human Resources (HR)

  • Support recruitment activities such as internship coordination, screening, and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on employee development, workplace safety, or productivity improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in food manufacturing operations and/or human resources development.
  • Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, or HR policies is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3-6 months.
  • Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
