Research Link Solutions (RLS) is a consulting and training company specialising in research management and several technical areas such as water and wastewater treatment. We generally work with organisations that carry out research which includes but is not limited to companies, universities, research institutes, government agencies and think tanks.

Position Description

RLS is seeking an intern to support our marketing and promotional campaign(s) for a period of four (4) months with the following responsibilities:

1. To contribute in the development and execution of marketing strategies for the organisation's in-house and public training modules;
2. To manage the design of marketing collaterals for the organisation's inhouse and public training modules;
3. To support the production of social media content(s) related to the marketing strategy that the intern is responsible to execute

The intern is expected to contribute no more than 40 hours per week and have the flexibility to work remotely with occasional need for physical meetings in the office for key project meetings or filming tasks. The intern will report to the company founder throughout the internship period and is expected to work using their own device throughout the internship.  

Remuneration

The allowance for this position will be RM 1,000/month for the period of work.

Qualification and skills

• A current student with relevant knowledge in marketing and communications
• Has skills in using Google Suite products (i.e.: Google Doc, Sheets, Slides etc.), design software (i.e.: Canva), video and image editing software
• Able to commute to film outdoors
