Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, and digital assets.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for marketing events, such as venue arrangements, vendor communications, and preparation of giveaways.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign or activity reports.
  • Provide support for digital marketing initiatives, including social media posting, basic content scheduling, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Assist in gathering market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required by the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a hands-on marketing role.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
