This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern based in Seremban. The Intern will assist various teams with day-to-day operations, including project management, research, documentation, report preparation, and coordination with internal departments. The role involves hands-on learning while contributing to ongoing projects, gaining practical experience in the property development field, and supporting other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Strong research and analytical skills for gathering and interpreting data
• Proficient in communication and writing, with excellent presentation abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated interest or academic background in property development, business, or related fields is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges
• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related studies
