Role Description

This is an internship role as an Intern, Muamalat Sales, located in Bayan Lepas & Shah Alam. The role is hybrid, offering the flexibility of working both on-site and from home. Responsibilities include assisting in sales-related activities, supporting client-related service requirements, learning effective customer communication strategies, participating in sales training, and contributing to sales target achievements. Interns will also have an opportunity to gain practical experience in the takaful and sales industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Foundational knowledge or interest in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving targets
• Willingness to learn and participate in Training programs to develop professionally
• Proactive attitude, adaptability to hybrid work settings, and the ability to work independently
• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
