Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
Note: Specific duties will depend on the department you are assigned to.
Requirements
- For finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Related fields
- Non Finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Available to work in Bayan Lepas
