Overall Role Purpose
Support the Performance Reporting team in preparing, analyzing, and improving management reports that track operational performance across service lines. This internship offers hands on experience with data analysis, KPI reporting, SAP/BI tools, and exposure to regional/global performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
- Support data extraction, validation, and basic analysis using Excel, Power BI or internal systems.
- Help monitor performance against KPIs and highlight variances or trends.
- Support the creation of new reports and dashboards based on requests from service lines, business partners, or regional teams.
- Assist in producing presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing data submissions for Global KPIs (GKPI).
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely deliverables.
- Provide general support in Performance Management initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or performance management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
- Basic understanding of databases or data flows.
