Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end task for planning & execution of marketing campaigns

• Tracking and preparing post campaign analysis

• Review and perform sanity checking for promo codes

• Monitoring competitors FD promotional campaigns and updating Competitor Analysis on a weekly basis.

• Preparing and updating any internal management reporting requirements on business performance and campaign tracking

• Support in rolling out digital enhancements to expand the target base of Fixed Deposit customers

• Work with UI/UX team to develop customer engagement steps for new products/ services

Skills & Competencies (Requirements)

• Educational background in Business/ Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Marketing Communication

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Strong business acumen

• Possess good project management

• Attentive to details

• Able to multitask & work under pressure

• Proactive in nature, self-learner
