Job Summary
We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder's request
- To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
- To update document receive by create service in system
- To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
- To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Pursuing or posesses Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any fields of study
- Internship period is at least 3 - 4 months and above
