Pricing Administration Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting pricing operations, analytics, and business processes in a dynamic corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing infrastructure and pricing databases.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to upload, validate, and maintain pricing data within Oracle systems.
- Assist in developing and documenting processes and procedures to efficiently resolve pricing inquiries.
- Update and modify pricing structures as required to support business needs.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to pricing structures, changes, and approvals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for pricing-related inquiries from internal sales teams and auditors.
- Support pricing analysts with day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Compile and analyze data on costs, pricing, margins, sales volumes, and other business metrics for reporting and decision-making.
- Assist with pricing reviews and contribute ideas to improve pricing processes and policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
