As a Project Analyst, Information Technology Intern, you will support the planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet the company's standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans;
  • Help track project tasks and deadlines, ensuring that milestones are achieved according to the project plan;
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating between project team members and stakeholders;
  • Assist in analyzing project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any IT related field;
  • Experience leading or participating in personal or academic projects;
  • Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Experience working in collaborative environments and contributing to team goals;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders and vendors;
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
