Recruitment Sourcing Intern (3–6 Months)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Sourcing Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent market research while working closely with experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Support recruiters in basic screening resumes and matching candidates to job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and communication with candidates when required.
- Assist in preparing candidate profiles and recruitment reports for meeting updates.
- Support recruitment activities such as career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct talent market mapping and competitor research.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good internet research and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.
