Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Support in daily analysis and reporting on tickets opened and closed, including preparation of weekly summary status updates.
  • Assist with bond review and documentation processing related to cash collateral refunds.
  • Review, update and maintain standard email and phone response scripts used by ASD (past and ongoing) to ensure accuracy and ease of reference.
  • Support the team with daily indexing task to ensure records are properly maintained.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Able to commit for a minimum period of at least 3 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple tasks.
  • Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.
