We are looking for intern in Finance & Admin department for 6 months duration. We welcome enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our team, gain hands-on experience in procurement and office administration, and develop essential workplace skills.

Make An Impact By

  • Source quotations for all purchases, including staff treats, department requests, Singtel requirements, and office items.
  • Monitor delivery and coordinate distribution of purchases to end-users.
  • Handle procurement processes including issuing GRS, SE, PO, and SO for MCC & KL.
  • Source and raise PR forms for purchases under S$15K.
  • Match PO/SO with invoices for payment processing.
  • Scan invoices to the Accounts Payable team via the SAP system.
  • Assist with filing, record keeping, and general office housekeeping.

Skills For Success

  • At least Diploma in Business Admin or relevant course of study
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
