How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Participate in technical support (Software Care) analysis and root-cause investigations
- Learn processes and contribute to process improvement and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Perform software testing, validation, and documentation of test results
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance system stability and performance
- Work with databases (TimesTen, SQL, MongoDB) to analyse and resolve data-related issues
- Support integration and optimisation initiatives, including AI-enabled efficiency tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve software implementation issues across backend systems
Key Skills And Experience
You Have:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (students seeking for 6-months internship are encouraged to apply)
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Knowledge of relational (SQL, TimesTen) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Familiarity with Linux/ Unix
- Understanding of cloud technologies
- Excellent written and spoken English
It would be nice if you also have:
- Understanding of Java and C++ programming
- Familiarity with Spring Boot and backend application architecture
- Understanding of RESTful APIs concepts and integration principles
- Basic knowledge of cloud-native or virtualised deployments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software reliability and security
