Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in developing quality-plans where needed.
- Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve quality processes to ensure best practices are utilized.
- Support documentation update and upload revise revision in system and follow up & track progress of document approval on PLM.
- Assisting team on whole plant calibration activities and keep track the completion while maintaining ERP system and records keeping process.
- Documentation preparation for authority application and physical sample readiness for analysis, calibration and return to vendor.
- Assist in the development of quality metrics dashboard & key performance indicators used for operational review meetings.
- Assisting maintain records of supplier information in risk assessment databases, SAP, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms.
- Execute the equipment preventive maintenance in accordance to the interval period assigned in the procedures / SAP.
- Assisting inspection process on raw material using metrology equipment and enhance the process and propose on seamless approach and methodology.
- Others duties as assigned by Engineers / superior.
Education And Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Bachelors in Engineering in any field, statistics, quality management or manufacturing, preferably in the last study semester.
- Basic Data Analysis experience or knowledge
