Talent Acquisition Intern Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and HR coordination. If you're passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and attending campus recruitment and employer branding events
- Create and publish engaging contentstories, photos, and newslettersfor social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) related to campus and hiring events
- Support the planning and execution of Wevideo video projects for internal business functions, including video shooting and editing
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews and assist in welcoming candidates for on-site interviews
- Maintain and organize new hire documentation and personnel files (P-files)
- Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
