Job Summary
This internship supports the Talent Management & Engagement team in advancing Generali Malaysia's employee engagement and culture agenda, while providing hands-on exposure to key people and workplace initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience through engagement activities, culture-building programmes, and internal communications. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the intern will contribute to initiatives that foster connection, collaboration, and recognition, while demonstrating our Lifetime Partner behaviours: ownership, human touch, collaboration, and better every day.
Main Responsibility
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
• Support the execution of organisational culture initiatives that promote inclusivity, connection, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset aligned with Generali's values and purpose.
• Assist in the administration of employee recognition platform, including rewards platform management, points allocation, and coordination of merchandise fulfilment.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, including wellbeing and DEI programmes that enhance employee experience, foster belonging, and bring our purpose of empowering lives and dreams to life.
• Support the development and dissemination of internal communications, including engagement campaigns, employee experience content, and culture-related branding materials across internal channels.
• Provide administrative and operational support across Talent Management & Engagement activities, including event coordination, documentation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and other people-related initiatives as required.
• Participate in, and/or contribute to People & Organisation initiatives, pro-jects, and deliverables as appropriate.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
Compliance (this is compulsory section)
Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures.
Information Security (IS):
Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.
Data Privacy:
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and procedures implemented by the Company at all times.
