Role Description

Support and assist the operational and administrative functions of Advancement & Fundraising Office by facilitating fundraising, scholarship, and zakat distribution initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring seamless workflow execution and accurate data management to support business and community objectives. The role also encompasses assisting in event coordination, preparing operational reports and communication materials, managing donor and beneficiary records, and supporting daily administrative tasks in alignment with the office's respective governance and compliance standards.

Requirements</p>

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
