About The Internal Audit Division
Safeguarding trust and integrity. Led by Senior Director, Internal Audit Division delivers independent and intelligent assurance that strengthen governance, controls and resiliency, anticipates risks and enables responsible innovation.
Summary Of Responsibility
Continuously upholding/enhancing the integrity and resilience of business/operational governance and internal controls to achieve shared success and stakeholder confidence
Key Responsibilities
- Execute risk-based audit plans to provide independent assurance on governance, compliance and resiliency
- Evaluate and assess effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal controls over business operations and processes to ensure appropriate risk mitigation, governance structure, oversight mechanisms and operational controls are in place
- Provide value added recommendations and opportunities for improvements to enhance internal controls and operational effectiveness/efficiency
- Develop and maintain quality and timely deliverables (audit report, working papers, audit programmes) that support audit conclusions and in accordance with the internal audit methodology
- Communicate clearly, discuss and agreed on the audit observations and recommendations with stakeholders
- Validate remediation actions and perform post-audit verification for audit observation closure to ensure sustainable fixes/remediation of root-cause
