Internal Audit Senior Executive

Job Overview:

1) Support the Company's internal audit function by coordinating with the appointed internal audit service provider and assisting in audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities.

2) The role will facilitate audit engagements, monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, and develop knowledge in internal audit, risk management, governance, and internal controls. It will also support the gradual development of the Company's in-house internal audit capability.

3) The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT controls, regulatory compliance, ESG, and relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001).

4) The position reports to the Manager and works closely with the Audit, Risk & Management Committee (ARMC) and the appointed internal audit service provider.

Key responsibilities:

1) Coordinate and support the annual internal audit plan with the appointed internal audit service provider.

2) Act as the liaison between business units and internal auditors for audit activities.

3) Assist in collecting information and documents required for audits.

4) Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

5) Maintain the audit findings register and provide updates on remediation progress.

6) Assist in preparing audit reports and papers for Management and the ARMC.

7) Support reviews of internal controls, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.

8) Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement across business and IT operations.

9) Maintain audit documentation, policies, and procedures.

10) Develop knowledge in internal audit, risk-based auditing, IT governance, ESG, and relevant ISO standards.

11) Support the development of the Company's in-house internal audit capability.

12) Perform other duties related to governance, risk management, and internal controls as assigned by Management or the ARMC.
