About The Job

  • Conduct Global Audits: Contribute to planning and executing a wide range of audits and ad-hoc reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems across our global operations.
  • Identify & Mitigate Risk: Perform comprehensive data analysis and audit testing to pinpoint key risks and control weaknesses, developing clear and actionable recommendations for management.
  • Report & Follow-Up: Assist in preparing detailed internal audit reports, track management's progress on remediation plans, and perform follow-up reviews to ensure recommendations are implemented properly and on time.
  • Develop Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously developing your knowledge of the latest audit techniques, best practices, and relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of internal audit experience, preferably gained from a Big 4 firm or a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Relevant professional qualifications like ACCA, AICPA, CPAA, CFA, or CIA are a plus.
  • A strong grasp of corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is a significant advantage).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with opportunities to visit our offices in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
