Internal Control & HRIS Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedInternal Control Department Managerwith strong expertise inHRIS Implementation & Project Management. This role will lead end-to-end HRIS implementations across group companies, ensure robust internal controls, and drive process optimization across HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, and General Affairs.
You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring system governance, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Implementation & Governance
- Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation (Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, Talent, Travel, etc.) across 5 group companies
- Act as overall project owner and manage external HRIS vendors
- Partner with Regional HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system design
- Oversee data migration, system integration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
- Drive continuous optimization and enhancement of HR systems
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Identify control gaps, risks, and inefficiencies across HR and enterprise processes
- Ensure HRIS compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data security standards
- Automate workflows and improve data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder Management & Training
- Serve as the primary HRIS liaison across regions and functions
- Deliver system training, user documentation, and ongoing support
- Promote digital adoption and change management
Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and metrics to measure HRIS effectiveness and adoption
- Provide regular project updates and insights to senior management
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 / HRIS certifications (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) preferred
Experience
- Proven experience as aProject Managerin HRIS or enterprise system implementations
- Strong background managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder HRIS/ERP projects
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
Skills
- Hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ZingHR, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, T&A)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Language & Tools
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana), and HRIS platforms
