We are hiring for multiple Product Associate roles, each playing a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our internal systems. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be considered for one of the following positions:
- Product Associate Compliance & Onboarding
Focuses on onboarding, KYC/KYB, and compliance-related workflows, acting as the bridge between external product managers and internal compliance/operations teams.
- Product Associate Operations & Customer Service
Works on tools and workflows that support customer service and operations, including dashboards, ticketing flows, and SLA performance tracking.

What You'll Do:
- Own and improve internal systems and workflows supporting operations, customer service, and compliance teams.
- Act as the bridge between external Product Managers and internal operations and compliance stakeholders.
- Focus on end-to-end internal workflows including onboarding, client servicing, case resolution, ticketing, Know Your Customer and Know Your Business processes, and compliance-related flows.
- Gather pain points and requirements from operations, customer service, and compliance teams, and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve internal dashboards, task assignment flows, customer support tools, and operational reporting.
- Ensure all internal systems and processes are prepared and aligned whenever external products launch new features such as new payment methods, card flows, or regulatory changes.
- Support feature testing, run User Acceptance Testing, and manage smooth rollout of internal tools and enhancements.
- Document standard operating procedures and develop training materials to support change management for internal users.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics such as Service Level Agreement adherence, response time, and resolution rate to ensure tools drive efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure internal tools are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly for frontline teams.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, internal systems, fintech, payments, regulatory technology, or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of how internal products and systems enable frontline operations, customer service, and compliance teams.
- Proven ability to think through complex workflows end-to-end while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple dependencies across teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong empathy for internal end users.
- Comfortable working with operations, compliance, technology, and product stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and change management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese vendors.
- The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
