For a leading staffing company, we are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory or portfolio. The successful candidate will engage proactively with customers, both existing and new, to promote products and services, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with reporting responsibilities to the Singaporean team, focusing on the Singapore market. The role is ideal for individuals with a background in the electrical, electronic, automotive, or industrial components industry.

What You Will Do

  • Pursue sales opportunities through telesales and marketing efforts to drive growth
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote products and services
  • Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets and maintain customer databases
  • Gather competitive information from market feedback and communicate it effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and service

Your Skills

  • Over 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and Quotation management
