the role
- Identify, evaluate, and secure out-licensing opportunities for our nutraceutical products in key international markets, leading the full business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including term sheets and definitive out-licensing contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while building strong, sustainable partnerships.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and due diligence on potential partners and target markets, assessing commercial viability, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Legal, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment, prepare compelling deal proposals, and support successful post-agreement integration and partner management.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in international business development or out-licensing, specifically within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage industries.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex international licensing deals, demonstrating strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
