International Business Development Manager – Beverage Export Sales, India & South Asia

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM10,000 – RM13,000 (negotiable based on experience)

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting a food and beverage manufacturing company in Seremban to source suitable candidates for the position of International Business Development Manager.

The role is focused on international business expansion, export sales, distributor management and market development, particularly within India and the South Asian region, including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying overseas business opportunities, building relationships with international clients and distributors, developing export market entry strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and representing the company in overseas trade fairs, client meetings and business missions.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Developing international business expansion opportunities in overseas markets
  • Managing relationships with international clients, distributors, agents and strategic partners
  • Developing export market entry strategies for new countries
  • Conducting international market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Negotiating commercial agreements, distribution arrangements and pricing strategies
  • Supporting product positioning and market adaptation for overseas customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams on export compliance, logistics and fulfilment
  • Preparing business development and export performance reports
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and overseas business meetings
  • Travelling overseas frequently for business development activities

Key Requirement

Candidates must have proven experience managing commercial distribution networks or clients within India and the South Asian region, especially India, Bangladesh and/or Sri Lanka.

Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, premix products, sauces, ingredients, export sales or distributor-based international sales will be an added advantage.
