As we continue to expand our international presence, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to support our Head of International Business.
This internship offers excellent exposure to international business operations, executive support, business administration, and corporate documentation within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of International Business.
- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing proposals, meeting minutes, and other business-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and business activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
- Perform research, data compilation, and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently.
