Job Responsibilities:_
- Global System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure across multiple regions, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring stable operations across different time zones.
- 2. Cross-Regional Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve technical issues affecting international operations. Respond quickly to faults and minimize impact on global business.
- 3. International Security Management:
Implement and manage security policies that comply with international and regional regulations, protecting global systems from cyber threats and data breaches.
- 4. Cross-Border Automation and Optimization:
Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to enhance global system efficiency and stability. Optimize infrastructure to reduce latency and bottlenecks across borders.
- 5. Global Backup and Recovery:
Manage and maintain backup and recovery systems on a global scale, ensuring quick restoration of services in any region following a failure.
- 6. Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with technical teams, development teams, and business units across different countries and regions to resolve technical issues impacting international operations.
- 7. International Configuration and Deployment:
Oversee the configuration and deployment of systems and applications internationally, ensuring they meet local technical requirements and regulatory standards.
- 8. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation for global system configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolution processes. Generate technical reports relevant to international business needs.

Job Requirements:_
- Must hold at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.- Highly adaptable to changing project requirements and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Operating Systems
: Proficiency with various operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.Network Protocols
: Knowledge of international network protocols and standards (e.g., IPv4, IPv6, DNS, VPN).Virtualization Technologies: Expertise in global virtualization and container technologies (e.g., VMware, Kubernetes).
- Programming and Scripting: Ability to use various programming languages and scripting tools (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
- Cross-Cultural Communication:
Strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- International Security Compliance:
Familiarity with international information security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to ensure global systems comply with relevant legal and compliance requirements.
- Global Business Understanding:
Understanding of international business needs and challenges to implement and support IT solutions effectively across different regions.
Ability to work across different time zones and handle global technical issues, which may require availability outside regular business hours.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
Commitment to staying updated with new technologies and changes in the international market. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technical environment.
- Multilingual Skills (Preferred):
Proficiency in multiple languages to facilitate communication, especially in international business contexts.
