Job Description

Supporting international sales team to drive business growth, manage client relationships and ensure smooth operations across global markets.

Sales Coordination

  • Supporting international sales team with administrative and operational task
  • Manage sales orders from quotation to delivery
  • Ensuring all orders are accurately placed and work closely with all related departments to ensure orders fulfilled timeline
  • Coordinate orders, shipments and deliveries with logistic team
  • Monitoring open orders and ensuring timely shipment
  • Handle all required international trade documentation
  • Track sales performance and prepare sales report
  • Maintain up to date knowledge in compliance and export regulation

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely response and solutions
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with international clients

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Support international trade shows, customer visits and marketing campaigns
  • Identifying potential international clients and leads
  • To carry out other duties and job functions as instructed by Superior / Management

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command in English (oral and written); and able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attitude, responsible & aggressive.
  • Self-discipline & willing to travel.
  • Based in Meru, Kapar Selangor
  • Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
