Supporting international sales team to drive business growth, manage client relationships and ensure smooth operations across global markets.
Sales Coordination
- Supporting international sales team with administrative and operational task
- Manage sales orders from quotation to delivery
- Ensuring all orders are accurately placed and work closely with all related departments to ensure orders fulfilled timeline
- Coordinate orders, shipments and deliveries with logistic team
- Monitoring open orders and ensuring timely shipment
- Handle all required international trade documentation
- Track sales performance and prepare sales report
- Maintain up to date knowledge in compliance and export regulation
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely response and solutions
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with international clients
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Support international trade shows, customer visits and marketing campaigns
- Identifying potential international clients and leads
- To carry out other duties and job functions as instructed by Superior / Management
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command in English (oral and written); and able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good attitude, responsible & aggressive.
- Self-discipline & willing to travel.
- Based in Meru, Kapar Selangor
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
