Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry-Based Curriculum Delivery
- Design and facilitate concept-driven, transdisciplinary learning experiences aligned with the IGCSE and IB Curricula.
- Embed literacy, numeracy, and real-world connections into learning engagements that foster curiosity and deep understanding.
Positive Learning Environment
- Establish an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture that promotes learner agency, voice, and choice.
- Encourage a growth mindset and model the IGCSE/ IB Learner Profile attributes.
Assessment & Reflection
- Use varied formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and track individual growth.
- Reflect with students and families on progress through portfolios, conferences, and reports.
Professional Collaboration
- Engage in planning with grade-level and specialist colleagues to develop rich, integrated units of inquiry.
- Contribute actively to school initiatives, events, and the ongoing development of our learning community.
