Sany is looking for a passionate and experienced International Service Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong technical expertise in construction machinery and enjoy international field service exposure, we would love to hear from you. This role offers exciting overseas assignment opportunities with frequent travel to Guam, Marshall Islands, and Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support including equipment installation, commissioning, debugging, inspection, and troubleshooting
- Perform pre-delivery checks and after-sales service support
- Conduct technical and service training for customers and agents
- Support spare parts planning, coordination, and sales activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction machinery maintenance or technical service
- Familiar with SANY construction machinery products
- Strong troubleshooting, execution, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to travel frequently for overseas assignments
- Valid US visa is highly preferred
