Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internship role located in Petaling Jaya. The Administrative Intern & Telemarketing/Sales Intern will assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documentation and managing communications. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective and current clients, providing customer service, compiling and analyzing data relevant to business operations, and contributing to sales and telemarketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree student in Business, Marketing, HR, Mass Management, or related fields
  • Interested in sales, telemarketing, or business development
  • Willing to learn about HRD training administration
  • Comfortable speaking with corporate clients over the phone
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English
  • Able to commit for minimum 3 months
