Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Web Master role within AFFIN is to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of the bank's online presence and digital platforms. This includes overseeing the content update and web enhancements of the bank's website and other digital assets.
The Web Master is responsible for managing content updates, implementing website enhancements, and optimizing user experience to meet the bank's strategic objectives. Additionally, they collaborate with various teams such as marketing, IT, and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and brand standards. Overall, the Web Master plays a critical role in enhancing the bank's online visibility, customer engagement, and digital banking experience.
Accountabilities
- Tasked with overseeing the management of AFFIN's digital platforms, including but not limited to: AffinGroup, AffinAlways, AffinInvikta, AffinHwang, AffinDiventium, Salesforce CRM, Case Management System and Affina Chatbot, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with other webmasters to drive the development and enhancement of the company's online presence, fostering a cohesive and effective digital strategy.
- Development of web/app design and scripts to enable greater capabilities on the digital platforms.
- Ensure quality of component design and coding activities.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop content for website.
- To perform R&D work based on newer ideas and concepts to enhance web interactivity.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise the given jobs and meet timeline.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for front-end website-related issues.
