AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a Marketing Intern & Human Resource & Administration Intern to join us.

Role 1: Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, the key purpose of the role would be providing general marketing support for the day-to-day implementation of marketing activities within given guidelines and budget under the supervision of the marketing team members.

During your internship, you will expose to these areas:

  • Assist on marketing activation activities, including liaising with vendor, activities coordination, event organization etc.
  • Assist on PR activities and social content creation including agency liaising & coordination etc.
  • Assist in allocation and tracking of GWPs/ POS materials to stores and counters.
  • Assist in tacking CRM activities and report consolidation.
  • Support retail operation, e.g.: promotional events etc.
  • Follow up on requests from the sales team (if any)
  • Raise consultation reports on a weekly basis.

We are looking for a passionate intern who:

  • Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High willingness to explore and learn new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility in task management.
  • Ability to become a good team player.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley Megamall.
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of min 3 month(s).

Role 2: Human Resources & Administration Intern

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for an HR & Administration Intern to support various HR & Administrative functions within the company.

You will play an important role, such as:

Human Resources:

  • Assist to facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee engagement activities to promote positive company culture.
  • Maintain HRIS system and update information to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Other duties assigned as and when required.

Administration:

  • Ensure all correspondence is promptly attended to and provide accurate information or direct it to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Provide support in purchasing and managing inventory for office pantry supplies, office equipment, and stationery.
  • Manage courier services including track and follow up on local and international parcels & documents, sort and distribute incoming correspondence such as parcels and documents.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on office facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs with external vendor and upkeep as necessary.
  • Assist in travel arrangements including flight ticket and hotel reservations for employees.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document (Consultation Report) preparation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Must Haves:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • 1 Intern position(s) available.
